KLINGERSIL C-4240 wins the PRIMUS Award 2021
Right after the market launch, KLINGER Dichtungstechnik received the first award for its new KLINGERSIL C-4240 drinking water gasket.
For its most recent product development, the drinking water gasket KLINGERSIL® C-4240, KLINGER Dichtungstechnik received the PRIMUS Award 2021 in the category „gaskets“.
This award is given by the German’s trade journal „Industriearmaturen+Dichtungstechnik“ and the winners have been honored exclusively at the industry event par excellence, the DIAM & DDM 2021, for their most innovative solutions in the categories valves, actuators and gaskets.
Due to stricter requirements of the new Elastomer Guideline of the German Federal Environment Agency and the resulting changed market requirements, a rapid reaction was very important. As a pioneer in the field of research, development and production of industrial sealing material, KLINGER Dichtungstechnik (KDT) in Gumpoldskirchen interpreted the signs of the times correctly and started developing the fibre-reinforced drinking water gasket KLINGERSIL® C-4240.

Supported by his two colleagues, Gerald Klein and Stefan Keck, the PRIMUS Award 2021 was proudly accepted by Norbert Weimer, Manager of KLINGER Germany, at the DIAM & DDM 2021.
