Characteristic & main applications
KLINGERtop-chem-2005 has excellent chemical resistance in strongly acidic applications and is suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industrie.
It has good mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads.
The material is the economical alternative at the usage of modified PTFE gaskets.

The Klinger pT diagram provides guidelines for determining the suitability of a particular gasket material for a specific application based on the operating temperature and pressure only. Always refer to the chemical resistance of the gasket to the fluid.
